The Story Behind The Name
My journey started like many others — I was simply looking for an opportunity to build a career and create a better future for myself.
I started as an employee, learning the basics of this trade. I learned how to work with people, solve problems, and communicate with customers, manage responsibilities, and most importantly, understand what it takes to succeed.
Over time, I realized that I wanted more than just a job. I wanted to create something of my own. After seven years in the industry, Rothbrick was born — built on everything I learned, and driven by a commitment to do it better.
The idea of starting my own company is exciting, but it also came with uncertainty. I had questions, doubts, and plenty of things I didn't know. Instead of letting that stop me, I decided to use everything I had learned as an employee as a foundation for becoming an Entrepreneur, and owner The Boss.
